1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Carl Buddig & Company ("Sponsor"), Old Wisconsin Sausage, Inc., their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and the web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging, and Promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Promotion (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), and the immediate family members of each such person (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in the same household of each such person (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion) are not eligible to enter or win.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on July 2, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on September 30, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period"). The Web Site server is the official clock for this Promotion.

3. OVERVIEW: Collect a Set of ten Badges for your chance to win the Grand Prize drawing by entering promotion codes; plus, play the online instant win game for a chance to win a prize. You will receive a digital Badge (a "Badge") and one game play for the instant win game each time you enter a unique code. Collect all ten (10) unique Badges (a "Set") to be entered into the Grand Prize drawing; you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing for every "Set" you collect. Badges will be randomly distributed; five of the ten Badges represent US Landmarks (Yosemite, Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, Mammoth Cave, Niagra Falls ) can only be obtained when you play using the promotion code found on specially-marked packages of Buddig lunchmeat or Old Wisconsin snacks or sausage or available by mail without purchase; the other five Badges represent tank "fill-ups" (Red/Empty, Orange, Yellow, Light Green, Dark Green/Full) can only be obtained when you participate through one of the other online methods of participation.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

a) Using a code from specially-marked packages of Buddig lunchmeat or Old Wisconsin snacks or sausage or obtained by mail: Look for specially-marked packages of Buddig lunchmeat and Old Wisconsin snacks or sausage at grocery stores, while supplies last. Specially-marked packages have a pull-back sticker with a unique code on the back. Codes will also be available by mail without purchase (see below for details). Visit buddigpromos.com (the "Web Site") during the Promotion Period and follow the online instructions to enter your code and complete your profile by providing your name, email address, home address and a password (P.O. Boxes are not permitted). Or you may use your email address and password from the 2012 "Dream Big" promotion to access your profile. After you have entered your code and completed the online profile, click "Enter". After you have created your profile, you may log in on future visits using your email address and password, then submit your promotion code. Upon submitting a valid code, you will receive one Badge and one game play for a chance to win a prize instantly. Unique codes from specially-marked packages of Buddig lunchmeat or Old Wisconsin snacks or sausage may only be used one (1) time. To Obtain a Free Code By Mail: Mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Buddig/Old Wisconsin 'Family Road Trip Promotion' P.O. Box 792, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Limit one (1) game code request per postage-paid envelope. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Requests must be handwritten and received by September 16, 2013. Limit one (1) code request per postage-stamped envelope. Each code requested by mail may only be used one (1) time. Proof of sending or request will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/requests, which will be disregarded.

Bonus Badges and Game Plays: Upon submitting a valid code on specified Saturdays and Sundays during the Promotion Period ("Bonus Days"), you will receive two badges and two game plays. Bonus Days will be announced on the Promotion Website or Buddig Lunch Club and Old Wisconsin pages on Facebook.

b) Via a link in the Buddig Lunch Club or Old Wisconsin Smokehouse email or online banner ad: Click on the banner ad or click on the link in the Buddig Lunch Club or Old Wisconsin Smokehouse emails to be directed to the Web Site, then follow the online instructions to complete and submit the online registration form (or sign in if you have previously registered for the Promotion) then submit the promotion code; the code field will be auto-filled. Upon submitting a valid code, you will receive one Badge and one game play for a chance to win a prize instantly.

c) From the Budding Lunch Club Page or Old Wisconsin Page on Facebook: go online to the Buddig Lunch Club page (https://www.facebook.com/buddiglunchclub) or the Old Wisconsin page (https://www.facebook.com/OldWisconsin) on Facebook.com and click on the link to the "Family Road Trip Sweepstakes" on the timeline for the page to access the Promotion Web Site. Links will be posted each week as timeline activity on each page's timeline, featuring a unique code for that week. Follow the online instructions to complete and submit the online registration form (or sign in if you have previously registered for the Promotion); the unique code field in the registration form will be auto-filled. Upon submitting a valid code, you will receive one Badge and one game play for a chance to win a prize instantly. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook.

d) Buddig.com and OldWisconsin.com: Find and click on the hidden "?" Badge on the Buddig.com and Oldwisconsin.com websites (Badge will be hidden somewhere different each week); you will be provided with a one-time use digital code. Click on the "?" Badge icon, to link to the Promotion Web Site and follow the online instructions to complete and submit the online registration form (or sign in if you have previously registered for the Promotion) then submit the promotion code. Upon submitting a valid code, you will receive one Badge and one game play for a chance to win a prize instantly.

e) Earn Additional Badges Through Referrals: After entering via any of the online methods of entry above, you will be given the opportunity to receive additional Badges by providing the email addresses of up to five people you know who may be interested in participating in the Promotion. You will automatically receive one Badge for each person you refer who clicks through the link in the referral email and enters using their auto-filled code (a "referral Badge"). You should only provide email addresses of people you know who you think would be interested in entering this Promotion. Limit fifteen (15) referral Badges per person/email address. The Badge you receive will be randomly selected. You will receive an email notification each time you earn a referral Badge. You will also be given the option to share the promotion via Facebook, but you will not receive referral Badges for sharing via Facebook.

f) Referral Method: If you receive a referral email, click on the link in the email to access the Web Site and submit your code; the code will be auto-filled. Upon submitting a valid code, you will receive one Badge and one game play for a chance to win a prize instantly (a "referee game play"). Limit fifteen (15) referee game plays per person/email address (but you may only use each referral link one time).

All methods of participation (except referee game plays): Limit (5) total game plays per person/email address, per day for all methods of participation above combined. A day is the 24 hour period between 12:00 a.m. CT and 11:59:59 p.m. CT. Referee game plays do not count toward the limit of five total game plays per person/email address, per day. Automated methods of participation are prohibited and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Participants may not register multiple times with multiple names, email addresses or mailing addresses. . Any participant who attempts to register multiple times with multiple names, email addresses or mailing addresses will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.

5. INSTANT WIN PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: Instant Win Prizes are randomly time-seeded throughout each week of the Promotion Period, as set forth in the table below. A "week" begins each Tuesday during the Promotion Period at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) CT and ends the following Monday at 11:59:59 p.m. CT. The first person who plays on or after the time associated with each prize (as recorded by the Web Site software) will be deemed the winner, subject to verification. The third party promotion administrator will determine, at random, the times at which instant win prizes will be awarded throughout the Promotion Period. The odds of winning an instant win prize are based upon the time of day when you play (as recorded by the Web Site software) during the Promotion Period, the number of game plays received and the order in which they are received. The number of prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as prizes are awarded. If you win an Instant Win Prize you are still eligible to win the Grand Prize. Winners will be instantly notified upon submitting a game play. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/household.

6. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: Entrants who collect a Set of Badges (all ten (10) unique Badges) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing to award the Grand Prize and First Prize. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or about October 3, 2013, by a third party promotion administrator whose decisions shall be final and binding on all matters. Limit one (1) Grand prize and one (1) First prize per person/household.

One (1) Grand Prize: $25,000, awarded as a check.

One (1) First Prize: $10,000, awarded as a check.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IN THIS PROMOTION IS: $45,452.

7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the prize, and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reporting the value of any prize(s) valued $600 or over. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner. The ARV for the prizes is as of the date these rules were finalized and may fluctuate. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value at the time the prize was awarded will not be awarded.

8. PRIZE CLAIM: All winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. Potential Grand & First Prize winners (or winners of multiple prizes totaling $600 or more in value) will be notified by traceable method of mail sent to the address provided during registration and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release and a W-9 Form within ten (10) days of attempted notification or Grand Prize may be forfeited. If Grand Prize is won by an eligible entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence (18 years of age in AL or NE), it will be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for shipment of prize after verification. All other prizes will be mailed out to the winners to the address provided during registration within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize notification or prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be contacted. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. If because of error (or for any other reason) there are more prize claims than prizes offered, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible claimants in such prize category to award only the number of prizes in such prize category as stated in these Official Rules. In the event of a printing/production/typographical error, irregular or invalid code/message or computer error, neither Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, printers of the game pieces, or their respective agents or agencies shall have any liability. Liability for Official game piece containing printing or other errors that are rendered invalid due to any type of malfunction, technological or otherwise, is limited to replacement with any game piece code, while supplies last. Game pieces/codes are void if obtained where prohibited by law. Neither the Sponsor nor the Promotion Parties assume any responsibility for incorrect registration information, including, but not limited to, human or technical error. As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, Promotion Parties and Facebook, Inc. from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to entrant's participation in the Promotion and the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any traveling related thereto; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of the third-party promotion administrator. Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at http://www.buddiglunchclub.com/privacy.aspx or http://www.oldwisconsin.com/privacy.aspx). Entrants and winners, in accepting the prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook, Inc. and the Promotion Parties from any and all claims of liability related to participation in the Promotion and use or acceptance of prize. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting or acts of any government or authority. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, and entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue in, and agree that all claims and disputes must be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts in Cook County, Illinois.

10. INTERNET USAGE: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will award the prizes in a random manner to be determined by Sponsor. Proof of entering information on the Web Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt by Sponsor. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, of game plays or registrations. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers or service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email, game play or code request to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at the Web Site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a potential winner, the potential winner will be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of registration. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

11. PUBLICITY: Winners in accepting the prizes, consent to the Sponsor's use of their name, address (city, state), photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and promotion in any and all media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner's list.

12. WINNERS LIST: For winner names, check the Web Site, or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners List Request, Family Road Trip Promotion, P.O. Box 1095, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Requests must be received by October 31, 2013, and will be fulfilled after winners are finalized.
